We’ll discuss your loved one’s current situation, care needs, preferences, location and budget so we can determine what type of senior living may be appropriate.
2. Find & Compare Communities
I research senior living communities that may be a good fit and help you understand the differences between your options.
3. Schedule & Attend Tours
I can help coordinate community tours and attend them with you, either in person or virtually. I’ll help you know what questions to ask and what to look for during each visit.
4. Help With Downsizing
Moving from a longtime family home can be emotional and overwhelming. I can help you determine what to keep, what to donate or discard, and coordinate the professionals who can help make the process easier.
5. Coordinate the Move & Home Sale
If your loved one is moving from their home, I can help coordinate the many details involved in the transition—including preparing the home, repairs, cleaning, packing, movers and the sale of the property.
6. Provide Ongoing Support
You don’t have to navigate the process alone. I’m available to answer questions, help you compare your options and provide guidance throughout the transition.

I’m Judy Collan, Certified Senior Advisor® and Senior Real Estate Specialist®, and I’ve been helping families with senior transitions and real estate for more than 20 years.
